Our four primary methods of gaining a competitive advantage are cost leadership, differentiation, defensive strategies and strategic alliances.

Based on our initial analysis and R&D, and given our current consideration of IBM's HyperLedger Platform, we feel the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE Agile) is the proper Methodology for the PMO and Operations Management Smart Contracts we plan to publish to the Ethereum Blockchain. Findings are still TBD, however.
